The Fanatical Members Training (FLT) is on Monday evening at the RSC from 21:00 till 22:30. You don’t have to be very fanatical for this training: enthusiasm is the most important! At this training, you’ll be focusing on technique and getting stronger. This training is given by Floris.
On Friday evening there is a training moment from 19:30 at the RSC. There is no trainer present at this training. You can enjoy climbing with other NijSAC members. From time to time a training is given by the Friday Training Committee.
