Odenwald: SP/B
Odenwald is an extensive climbing area in central Germany. It is located between Frankfurt, Heidelberg, and Würzburg. The area consists of various massifs that are located 10 to 40 minutes away from each other by car. Some massifs are naturally formed, while others are former quarries. In Odenwald, via ferrata routes can also be climbed, including on the Jacobswand, which has the most challenging via ferrata in Germany. Additionally, there are several places for bouldering. In short, it is a vast and diverse area with something for everyone.

Odenwald is an extensive climbing area in central Germany. It is located between Frankfurt, Heidelberg, and Würzburg. Odenwald is een uitgestrekt gebied in midden Duitsland. Het ligt tussen Frankfurt, Heidelberg en Würzburg. Het gebied bestaat uit verschillende massieven die 10 tot 40 minuten rijden bij elkaar vandaan liggen. Sommige massieven zijn natuurlijk ontstaan terwijl andere voormalige steengroeves zijn. In Odenwald kan ook geklettersteigt worden, waaronder op de Jacobswand, welke de zwaarste klettersteig van Duitsland heeft. Daarnaast zijn er verschillende plekken waar geboulderd kan worden. Kortom een uitgestrekt en divers gebied met voor ieder wat wils.
